In connection with the development of the Transport logistics direction, the expansion of our own cargo fleet and the opening of a branch in Smolensk, we need employees

Responsibilities:

• search and selection of personnel of various levels;
• working with external search sources;
• resume analysis, mass, targeted recruitment;
• interviewing: office, Skype, face to face;
• organizing interviews of candidates with heads of departments;
• creation and maintenance of the company’s talent pool;
• participation and administration of staff adaptation processes;
• organization of the personnel training process followed by testing.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• Successful work experience in a similar position at least 2 years:
• Knowledge of the basics of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
• HR administration;
• Presentable appearance;
• Experience in recruiting personnel (questionnaires, interviews).

Terms:

• Schedule 5/2 from 09-18.00;
